Six New Bands Face Off at Clemson Student Radio’s Battle of the Bands Nov. 13
WSBF 88.1 FM, Clemson University’s student-run radio station, will hold its 2026 Battle of the Bands on Friday, Nov. 13, in the parking lot behind Moe Joe Coffee Co. at 379 Old Greenville Hwy. Six bands made the lineup: AS-33, John Wilkes Booth’s Bail Money, Stinkbug, Les Garcons, Dressed Like Texas and WATTEE. Each will compete for a studio recording and live session with the station.

The competition is built for new talent. To apply, bands had to be less than two years old, have no studio albums released, be based in South Carolina, North Carolina or Georgia, and have at least 20 minutes of original music. Applications closed Sept. 26.
Doors open at 6 p.m. and music starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $10 at the door.
